Since 2016 Carol has put her extensive research and analytical skills to use in the fields of the Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 monitoring, administration, and enforcement. She has gained invaluable experience in CIL, CIL appeals, and S106 drafting, monitoring, and enforcement.
Carol has a no-nonsense approach to CIL and S106, and has a 100% track record so far in CIL appeals. She is now the Team Leader across two Councils dealing with CIL, S106, and Planning Enforcement.
Carol brings this experience and approach to our CIL Learning groups, presenting updates, appeal outcomes and interpretations, and facilitates a collaborative approach to sharing of knowledge and best practice across the member groups.
