Steve is a chartered town planner with over 35 years’ experience in local government, having worked for different Local Planning Authorities in Essex, Cornwall and Hampshire. A chief planning officer for the last 15 years, Steve’s background is in development management and policy work, with specialist knowledge of rural planning. He has extensive experience of setting up and reviewing development management services. Steve is a former chair of the RTPI South East region and a trustee of the Cranborne Chase Landscape Trust.
